Wind down using postures and a slower pace designed to settle your nervous system at the end of the day.
Still physically challenging with a clear focus on breath, this class uses the body and breath as a gateway to specifically to reduce stress and inflammation. Slightly longer holds and intentional sequences will leave you feeling calm and balanced.
