Are your yoga classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our yoga classes in Fitzroy North are beginner-friendly and best suited to beginner and intermediate students. Your teacher will guide you through the class, explain the movements clearly, and help you work at a level that feels right for your body.

What types of yoga classes do you offer in Fitzroy North?

We offer various forms of vinyasa and calming yin yoga. There is also speciality classes such as gong sound bath meditation, and monthly meditation events.

Is your yoga studio heated?

Yes. Our Fitzroy North yoga studio is gently heated with infrared panels to around 24°C. It is not traditional hot yoga. The warmth creates a comfortable environment for movement, breathing and relaxation without feeling overwhelming.

Do I need a gym membership to attend yoga classes?

No. You do not need a gym membership to attend yoga classes at 5th Element Wellness. You can attend using a casual studio pass or class pack, depending on what suits you best.
