Step 1: Book your initial consultation

Once youâve booked your free consultation, youâll be meeting with one of our coaches at our Queens Parade gym in Fitzroy North. Weâll have a brief chat about your goals, current routine and any injuries to see if weâre the right place for you.

Step 2: Movement Analysis & Results Tracking

Weâll assess your mobility and posture, and scan over 40 health parameters to understand your body composition. This helps us build the safest, most effective program for you especially if youâre coming from a more sedentary, deskâbased lifestyle.

Step 3: Get your training program in our app

Youâll get your personalised program in our app, where you can track training, nutrition and lifestyle habits â and message your coach between sessions for extra accountability.

Step 4: Train with confidence each week

Join your coach for weekly 45âminute PT sessions. Youâll refine your technique, break through plateaus and build strength and confidence that carry over into your everyday life in Fitzroy North â whether thatâs chasing kids, sport, or simply feeling better in your body.
