Choose the option that matches your situation. You can suspend your membership with or without keeping access to your training app and program.

Suspend membership — keep app & program
For when you can’t train at 5EW but want to keep your training app and program running while you’re away.
A $10/week app access fee applies.
Suspend membership — no app access
For when you won’t be visiting 5th Element Wellness at all during your suspension and don’t need access to the app.
