We started strong with a cardio session (boxing & circuits) at Muscle Beach 🌊 to get the heart rate going, before diving into heavy strength training in our Root to Rise workout - where tempo, breath, and bracing were the keys to building strength with control 💪

In the afternoon, Ziggy led the Psychology of Wellbeing workshop 🌿  guiding us through intentional practical steps & methods to make sure our actions align with our goals and values. Improving our mindset. A reminder that true health is physical and mental.

This is what makes retreat days so powerful: every session is connected, giving us space to move, reflect, and grow from the inside out

In this session, Ziggy reminded us of something powerful: the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself. 

When we take actions that align with the person we want to be - eating well, moving with intention, practicing self-care - we build trust and respect with ourselves first. Only then can we truly show up for others ☀️

This workshop explored every element of health - from physical and mental wellbeing, to spirituality and the quality of our relationships. Today’s snippet is just a glimpse into a much bigger conversation that left everyone reflecting and inspired ✨

Day 3 of the 5EW Bali Retreat began with yoga in the Beach Shala, bathed in the warmth of the rising sun ☀️

Yoga here is more than movement - it’s a chance to breathe deeply, calm the nervous system, and reset the body before the day unfolds. The sound of the waves, the fresh ocean air, and mindful practice together created the perfect balance of energy + stillness

A day at the 5EW Bali Retreat ✨ We arrived in p A day at the 5EW Bali Retreat ✨

We arrived in paradise 🌴 and began with an opening circle in the yoga shala - setting intentions, connecting as a group, and creating the space for a week of growth and restoration.

From there, we moved into a grounding yoga session - the perfect way to shake off travel stress, breathe deeply, and arrive fully in Bali.

We closed the evening with a nourishing dinner together 🍽️ - sharing stories, laughter, and a sense of excitement for what’s to come.

This is the beginning of a transformative week 🌅
