Ingredients
- ¼ cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method:
- Blend boiling water with matcha powder in a blender until foamy.
- Heat milk with honey until almost boiling.
- Vigorously whisk the milk until frothy.
- Pour the milk into a mug, then pour in the tea.
