Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower greens
- ¾ cup boiled and mashed mixed sprouts
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp coconut oil for greasing
- 1 tsp coconut oil for cooking
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients into a deep bowl and mix very well using your hands
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions
- Roll each portion into a 50mm diameter flat round tikki
- Heat a non-stick and grease it with 1 tsp coconut oil. Cook all the tikkis on it, using 1 tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Serve immediately with coriander chutney
