Cauliflower Greens Mixed Sprouts Tikki


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower greens
  • ¾ cup boiled and mashed mixed sprouts 
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for greasing
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for cooking

Method: 

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a deep bowl and mix very well using your hands
  2. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions
  3. Roll each portion into a 50mm diameter flat round tikki
  4. Heat a non-stick and grease it with 1 tsp coconut oil. Cook all the tikkis on it, using 1 tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. 
  5. Serve immediately with coriander chutney
