It’s not just the drink itself.

It’s the domino effect that follows:
🍕 Extra takeaway or overeating

😮‍💨 Skipping recovery or training the next day

Each of those spikes cortisol, slows fat loss, and is poor for overall health. 

You don’t have to cut alcohol completely. 

Even small reductions make a big difference providing better sleep, more energy, less stress, faster recovery.

It’s not about being perfect. 

It’s about taking a step in the right direction and being aware of how one ‘small’ action can lead to a cascade of negative events.

Warm Up
Dynamic mobility and activation drills

Block A – 3 sets
• Bulgarian Split Squats – 8 reps per side
• Deadball Lateral Wall Throw – 25 per side

Block B – 3 sets
• Ring Rows – 12 reps
• Box Goblet Squats – 12 reps (not shown in video)

Block C – 3 sets
• Battle Ropes – 45 sec on, 15 sec off
• Skaters – 45 sec on, 15 sec off

This workout builds lower body strength, core rotation, posture, and joint stability. 

All critical for skiing and perfect for anyone spending most of their day sitting.
