Semi-private personal training is a fun and motivating way to get strong, drop unwanted body fat and move pain-free—particularly if you spend a lot of time sitting.
Designed for a small group of up to 6 clients, our expert personal trainers will lead you through an evolving exercise training program, while testing and tracking your performance.
This way, every workout is suitable for your fitness level and keeps you progressing!
