Breath, Meditation + Gong Recovery Session

This 60-minute session combines simple breathwork, guided meditation, and the restorative sound of the Sun and Moon gongs. The vibrations create a calming soundscape that supports the nervous system, reduces stress, and allows both the mind and body to deeply relax.
