alignment and posture, these classes are educational, perfect for
those who want to learn and feel the burn at the same time.
Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.
If you’ve got a desk job and experience lower back stiffness, or if
you’re interested in exploring new ways to strengthen your core
and move your body, then Mat Pilates is for you!
