Why people use it

More than a cold plunge. A nervous system reset.

The cold tub looks intimidating until you’ve used it once. Three to five minutes. Many members are surprised how much better they feel after.

01 · ACTIVATE

Switch your system on.

A short cold plunge before training gives your nervous system a clean, sharp jolt.
You step out more alert, more awake, and ready to move with intent. Ideal before a gym session when you want energy, focus and a little extra fire.

02 · Inflammation

Calms post-training inflammation.

Where it shines is after running, conditioning, or higher-impact cardio. Cold water helps calm the heat and heaviness through the joints and legs, for accelerated recovery.

03 · Circulation

Trains your blood vessels.

Vessels clamp down in the cold, then open up as you warm back through. Done often, that contrast sharpens circulation and leaves you feeling switched on — not just on plunge days.

04 · IMMUNITY

Builds cold-weather resilience.

Cold exposure is a small, controlled stress that may strengthen your immune system.
Research on cold exposure has shown a 29% reduction in self-reported sickness absence.
Think of it as another layer in your resilience routine, alongside training, sleep, nutrition and recovery.

05 · MIND

A sharp, clean mental reset.

The first cold breath pulls you straight into the present.
There’s no room to scroll, drift or overthink. Just breath, body and control. Over time, learning to stay calm in the cold can help you practise the same skill outside the tub: steady under stress, clear under pressure, and more in charge of your state.

How to use it

A simple protocol, built for the long haul.

First time? Follow this since 3 step process. Take your time with your own private room.

Step 01

Set up.

Pick a slot and have a towel ready. No need to be warmed up — just give yourself a few quiet minutes beforehand so you’re not rushing straight in.

Step 02

The plunge.

Lower in to shoulder depth and slow your breathing down. Three to five minutes is plenty; first-timers start with one. The cold spikes in the first 30 seconds, then settles — ride it out.

Step 03

Rewarm.

Step out and let your body warm back up on its own — skip the hot shower straight away (if possible). Move around, breathe, and the clear-headed after-buzz sets in within minutes.

Pair with the infrared sauna for a contrast protocol. The ultimate recovery experience leaving you feeling fresh and recharged.

To top it off there is a small but good wellness part with an infrared sauna and coldbath.

It’s more than just a gym – it’s a holistic wellness space with yoga, Pilates, an infrared sauna and a cold plunge.

I regularly drop in for sauna and ice bath sessions for recovery, and their equipment selection is the definition of FUNCTIONAL.
