By submitting this form, you agree to:

• Suspend your membership
• Suspend your PT direct debit
• Keep access to your personalised app and training plan

(You’ll still receive program updates, and messaging support)

• Continued access to your training app and your exercise program
• Ongoing messaging support with your coach (if applicable)
• Optional program updates during your time away (on request)

This is a great option if you’re travelling, injured, or pausing in-person training, but want to stay consistent whilst away.

• Members are entitled to 2 free suspensions per calendar year.
• Additional suspensions will incur a fee of $5 per week.
• Each suspension must be for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 8 weeks.
• If more than 8 weeks is required, extra time may be approved at management’s discretion and charged at $5 per week.
• Suspensions cannot be applied retrospectively.
• All suspension requests must be submitted with a minimum of 3 business days’ notice.

To keep your app/program running during your suspension, there’s a $10/week fee
(This covers ongoing access to your program and your coach)

• If you have a payment due before your suspension starts, it will still be charged.
• During your suspension, your usual membership and PT billing pauses
• Your next payment resumes after your nominated return date
• The $10/week fee will be charged automatically during your suspension

Example:
You’re billed fortnightly and suspend your membership from Sep 8–21.
You pay $10/week during that time to keep your app access.
Your regular membership billing resumes after Sep 21.

• You must provide an end date for your suspension.
