Suspension Rules
- Members are entitled to 2 free suspensions per calendar year.
- Additional suspensions will incur a fee of $5 per week.
- Each suspension must be for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 8 weeks.
- If more than 8 weeks is required, extra time may be approved at management’s discretion and charged at $5 per week.
- Suspensions cannot be applied retrospectively.
- All suspension requests must be submitted with a minimum of 3 business days’ notice.

How Billing Works
- If a payment is due before your suspension starts, it will still be charged.
- Once suspended, your next payment will be delayed by the number of days you’re away, so you never lose paid time.
Example:
You’re billed fortnightly. Your last debit was Sep 1. You suspend from Sep 8–21.
Your access continues until Sep 8.
Your next debit will then shift from Sep 15 to Sep 29, resuming after your suspension.
You always receive your full access period.
Important Notes
- You must provide an end date for your suspension.
- Payments for membership, classes, PT, and other services will automatically resume on the return date you select.
- You won’t have access to services/facility during your suspension.
