MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION FORM
Please note that by submitting the below you will:
- Suspend your club membership
- Suspend your PT autodebit
- Suspend your access to the app

Clients are allocated two membership suspensions each 12 months at no cost, however additional suspension will be charged at $5 per week.
The length of time of suspension cannot be less than 1 week, and not longer than 8 weeks at a time. If additional weeks are required, there is a fee of $5 per week.
How does this work with my direct debits?
If you have any automatic payment due before the date you requested your suspension, it will be charged as usual. After your suspension, your next auto debit will be adjusted by the number of days you are away. In other words, we stagger billing around your suspension to ensure that you have a full billing cycle of access to the 5EW.
For example, say you’re billed fortnightly and were charged on Sep 1 and submit to suspend your membership from Sep 8 to 21. You’ll be able to access the gym and other services for 7 days before you’re on pause and once you’re back at the club, your next payment will be taken 7 days after your suspension lifts—on Sep 29. This means that you’ve had your full fortnight of gym access either side of your suspension. Rest assured this means you catch up for any time you have paid for when you’re back.
All suspensions must include an end date.
Please note automatic payments for all services such as membership, class subscriptions, personal training and otherwise will automatically resume on your requested date upon the end of the suspension.
It is your responsibility to keep track of the date your membership resumes so we suggest setting a reminder.
Please note during your suspension you will not have access to the facility during this time. In the event you wish to attend any events or services during your suspension you will be charged at non-member rate as your membership is not active.
