What equipment do you need?

Just a backpack. You can load this with books so you can use this as a weight for various exercises. Alternatively, if you have dumbbells at home that works just great too!

What you can expect is that training your program is based on combating the impacts of sitting for work or study for long periods, so exercises will be functional and look different to what you may be familiar with from exercise classes or gym recommendations.

You’ll be doing more pulling than pushing movements to balance your posture from sitting at a desk, plus mobility work, improving circulation, stimulating smaller/stabilising muscle groups. It may seem uncomfortable or strange at first, and that’s ok.

In a week or so, you’ll start feeling changes in your body.

You’ll also have access to extra on-demand core, bodyweight, cardio, upper body and glute workouts, plus a library of yoga classes and guided meditations.

Yes! All common non-medical dietary requirements can be covered within this program. For example, if you’re vegan or pescatarian, or sensitive to dairy, nuts, soy, gluten and more, you’ll be able to specify your dietary needs in your enrollment form and well provides meals that work for you!
