IT WORKS
Achieve optimal health by learning exactly how to train, eat and improve your stress management, sleep quality, gut health to match your ambitions.
PHASE 1: DISCOVERY
Here you’ll tell us all about your current lifestyle, nutrition, exercise routine, injuries, and anything else relevant to your ongoing health and fitness. This will allow us to factor your personal circumstances when designing your personalised program.
PHASE 2: ALIGNMENT
Next we need to completely understand your movement patterns, physiological structure and orthopedic profile. All new clients submit their movement patterns for their coach to review.
This in-depth assessment allows your coach to understand your range of mobility and body awareness so they can provide you with the most beneficial progressions to get your training efficiently, avoiding injury, and most importantly, getting results upon a strong foundation.
PHASE 3: THE KICK-OFF
This is all about you. In this initial consultation your coach will guide you through the various lifestyle, nutrition, and stress management habits that we recommend. We’ll also explain your individualised workout program so you know how to start training.
This session sets an incredible foundation of authenticity, alignment and trust between yourself and your coach.
PHASE 4: THE JOURNEY
Each week you’ll have a 15-30min video call with your coach to share insights, be supported, ensure accountability, and gain motivation!
This consistent live interaction helps to ensure you have everything you need to overcome hurdles and so that you continue progress.
You’ll also be able to message your Coach throughout the week too. It’s like having a personal trainer and wellness coach in your pocket.
