Indeed yes you are! You know that nothing good comes without some commitment. Remember you don’t have to be perfect, in fact no one ever is, what we encourage you to focus on is progress over perfection.
That’s totally fine and you certainly don’t have to do everything. In the onboarding questionnaire you’ll have the option to skip any sections that you’d like. Obviously the more of the program you can do the better, but the main thing is that you DON’T bite off more than you can chew. When it comes to adopting a healthier lifestyle, slow gradual adjustments that are sustainable is what really creates longterm success. Not being thrown in the deep end. Just choose what feels manageable for you.
Simple – just sign up and pay the 4 week program cost using any VISA or MASTERCARD. We do not accept alternative methods of payment at this time. Please note no refunds are possible.
Simple. Just email support@5ew.com.au and let us know and we’ll arrange to terminate your account within the next 3 business days.
The program will automatically continue on going providing for another 4 week period for which you’ll be charged for the same amount again. Around the 3rd week of your program you’ll be given the option to revise your program design for the next 4 week period. You will be able to either leave things as is, or to advance forward with further customizations to your program. If we do not receive any request for change, then we will assume you wish to maintain your program as is.
A big part of this program is all about developing habits. So therefore we don’t encourage jumping between different habits, workouts, or nutritional plans more frequently than every 4 weeks. Ideally, for most aspects you should probably aim to maintain the program designed for you for at least 4-12 weeks. However, if you feel like you’ve made the wrong choice then email support@5ew.com.au and we’ll look to support your request to change if needed.
